- Order processing: Responsible for the complete processing of customer orders
- Scheduling: Planning and monitoring the timely delivery of our products to customers
- Customer communication: Contact person for customers and internal departments for questions regarding order processing and delivery
- Data maintenance: Careful maintenance and updating of customer and order data in our system
