Dear farmers,
We would like to inform you today about an important legal change that affects the acceptance of harvested crops. According to the decision of the Federal Court of Justice, land traders must ensure that the harvested crop has been produced in accordance with the provisions of plant variety protection law. In concrete terms, this means that you as a farmer must confirm that a license has been paid for the seed on your land.
To comply with this legal obligation, you must complete the crop certificate on the STV website. This applies to all farmers who wish to market grain to us, regardless of whether they have purchased Z seed or are growing their own. Please note that the crop certificate has nothing to do with the post-harvest declaration.
Follow the link to the STV homepage, log in with your user account and follow the instructions on the STV website carefully.
After completing the certificate, please send it to getreide@allgaier-agrarhandel.de
